I do not carry out regulated installation or certification work. Where work requires formal certification or specialist qualifications, it is carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.
Legal & service limitations
Property inspections are visual and non-invasive, carried out at a specific point in time. While regular visits can help identify visible issues early, they cannot guarantee the prevention of events such as fire, flooding, theft, vandalism or weather-related damage.
This service does not replace specialist surveys, certifications, insurance assessments or emergency monitoring. Where regulated or certified work is required, it is carried out by appropriately qualified local professionals.
